By creating an account and using AudiencePulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

AudiencePulse is provided for:

• Analyzing public YouTube comments on channels you own or manage
• Planning and ideating video content based on audience signals
• Personal and business content creation workflows

You may not use AudiencePulse to harvest data about channels you do not own, to scrape data at scale beyond normal usage, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. YouTube API compliance

Our use of the YouTube Data API is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. By connecting your YouTube account, you acknowledge these terms apply to the data we access on your behalf.

4. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

AudiencePulse is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. All YouTube trademarks belong to their respective owners.
