Common questions
How do I connect my YouTube channel?
Go to the Integrations page in your dashboard, click "Connect YouTube", review the permissions, and authorize via Google OAuth. We only request read-only access.
What data does AudiencePulse access?
We read your public channel info, public video metadata, and public comments. We never post, upload, edit, or delete anything on your channel.
How do I sync my comments?
After connecting your channel on the Integrations page, click "Sync Now". Comments are pulled from your most recent videos and questions are automatically detected.
How do I delete my account or data?
Go to Settings → Account → Data Management. You can clear all synced data or permanently delete your account there. All your data is removed immediately.
How do I revoke YouTube access?
You can disconnect from Settings → Account, or directly from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
